Environmental Safety Coordinator

Summary

Responsible for assisting the System Director of Environmental Safety (Safety Officer) in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating a comprehensive system-wide environmental safety management program in order to provide a safe and effective physical environment for all occupants of Lee Health facilities in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal authorities having jurisdiction and health care accrediting organizations. Safety training responsibilities include but are not limited to the seven (7) physical environment management plans' policies and procedures, authorities having jurisdiction and health care accrediting organizations.
