Job Description
Manages the day-to-day operations, project delivery, and procurement of IT services across multiple facilities. Leads IT procurement functions and project delivery for various locations. Acts as a liaison between the IT department and regional business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develops and maintains relationships to understand and meet the IT needs of all customers. Provides direction and management to IT personnel, ensuring effective utilization of resources. Mentors and develops IT management teams to achieve strategic and operational goals. Identifies and implements changes to improve customer service and operational efficiency. Manages IT service management thresholds and addresses compliance issues. Communicates and collaborates with clinical and business units to align IT services with business strategies. Develops and monitors annual IT operating and capital budgets to ensure adequate funding. Establishes and monitors project work plans, workflows, and procedures. Assists in evaluating applications and equipment, and implements and tests pilot projects. Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Healthcare Information Technology [Required]
IT Service Management [Required]
Understanding of acute, ambulatory, post-acute, and physician practice care workflow and a knowledge of new/revised care delivery models [Preferred]
General understanding Data Security frameworks including but not limited to, HITECH and HITRUST [Preferred]
Strong communication skills-verbal and written [Required]
Relationship management capabilities [Required]
Technical strategic thinking/planning and vision setting [Required]
Results oriented management style [Required]
Education:
Bachelor's [Required]
Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
in Healthcare, Business or Information Technology
Work Experience:
10+ of experience in progressively responsible information technology management positions with 7+ years in a it leadership role in healthcare [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) [Preferred]
Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) [Preferred]
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (CSSGB) [Preferred]

Pay Range
$147,867.20 - $275,038.40
