What the service is
We list job openings in Florida, read directly from employers’ own careers pages. Using the site is free. You may create an account with Google sign-in, whose only privilege is saving jobs so they follow you between devices.
We are not the employer
Every posting belongs to the employer named on it. We do not recruit, screen, interview, hire or pay anyone, we are not an employment agency, and applying always happens on the employer’s own site under their terms. Nothing here creates an employment relationship or a promise of one, and we have no part in what an employer decides.
Listings can be wrong or out of date
Postings are read from employer sites automatically. A posting can be filled, withdrawn, edited or mis-stated between the moment we read it and the moment you do. Pay figures, locations and job types are shown as the employer published them. We make no guarantee that any listing is current, complete or accurate, and a job you saved may close before you apply.
Your account
Keep your Google account secure — anyone who can sign in to it can reach your saved jobs here. Use the site as a person looking at jobs, not as an automated client: no scraping the site in bulk, no attempts to break, overload or work around its limits, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend or remove an account that does those things.
The resume builder
The resume builder is free. What you write into it is yours; we claim no rights to it, and you can delete it at any time by deleting your account. The documents it produces are made from what you wrote, and you are responsible for what they say.
Resume preparation
Having a resume prepared for a posting is paid: preparations are sold in packs through Stripe, one preparation is used each time a resume is prepared, and the pack does not expire. Preparations are tied to the account that bought them and cannot be moved to another. A preparation is written by a model from your library and the posting; it is instructed to invent nothing, but it is a draft for you to check, and you are responsible for what the resume says when you send it. A run that fails uses nothing. If you have preparations left that you have not used, you may ask for a refund of them within thirty days of the purchase; beyond that, contact us and we will be reasonable.
Availability
The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue any part of it — including accounts, saved jobs, the resume builder and its preparation — at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pinova, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for any employment decision made by anyone.
Content
The site’s design, code and presentation are ours. Job descriptions and employer names and logos belong to the employers they came from, and are shown to point you at the original posting. If you are an employer and want your listings removed, email us and we will remove them.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
