We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and maintain modern, scalable web applications. This role will provide technical leadership across the full stack, partnering closely with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#, and PostgreSQL, along with strong leadership skills and a passion for building resilient, user-centered solutions in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#, and PostgreSQL
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions across front-end and back-end systems
- Partner with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes
- Mentor and coach engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and day-to-day technical guidance
- Drive technical decision-making for application architecture, API design, system integration, and database modeling
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience
- Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to support CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and deployment strategies
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards
- Contribute to roadmap planning, estimation, technical discovery, and delivery execution

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years proven experience in a lead or senior full stack engineering role
- Strong hands-on experience with: React, Next.js, TypeScript, C# / .NET, PostgreSQL
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or modern service-based architectures
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component design, state management, and responsive UI development
- Strong understanding of back-end application design, service orchestration, and database design
- Experience with testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure
- Experience with microservices or distributed systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability, logging, and production support practices
- Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or enterprise-scale environments
- Knowledge of secure software development practices and data protection requirements

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$129,300 - $177,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
