Job Description

Facilitates project management and logistics such as project timelines, agenda development, production and distribution of meeting minutes and documents, and preparation of reports on project status and activities to various audiences. Works with management and other consultants to determine resource/staffing needs for particular projects, and manages the resources and deliverables for specific projects. Assists in the development and implementation of change management strategies to support project success. Prepares and delivers presentations on project status, outcomes, and recommendations to various audiences. Maintains accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records. Provides project management support to multidisciplinary and interdepartmental teams. Assist with high-priority quality and safety initiatives, including assisting in training classes and change management strategies. Communicates regularly with team stakeholders and executive sponsors about team progress toward goal achievement, critical factors, and obstacles. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficiency in word processing software, Excel spreadsheets software, accounting software, Internet software, email, database software, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word [Required]

• 1+ of experience facilitating improvement projects, utilizing knowledge of performance improvement tools and techniques (e.g., lean, six sigma) [Required]
• Of healthcare project management experience [Preferred]
