As a part-time Associate Tech Support Analyst, you will provide first-level support for the retail and corporate environments for hardware and software applications. Your schedule may vary based on the business need and depend on the team you are selected for.

Your Impact:

• Answer phones and log incidents for the calls received.
• Perform first level problem determination/support via the phone for store/corporate hardware and software application problems.
• Monitor alerts for hardware and software applications and take appropriate actions.

Required Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service and/or phone support experience
• Ability to type approximately 35 WPM while on the phone with the customer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to handle a high volume of work accurately with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to work varying shifts and weekends.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or previous Publix retail experience
• Current or previous experience using Publix Applications (Chaintrack, Supply Chain Work Bench, POS systems, etc.)
